Product Description

BOEEP sludge cake hopper is a collection and storage device for the dewatering sludge cake after dewatering equipment. The sludge cake will be input on top and discharge at bottom. Installation Instructions

1-Generally, in the newly built sludge dewatering room, the dehydrator is placed on the second floor, so the sludge hopper is fixed on the second flat floor. And the garbage truck can catch the sludge at the bottom of the sludge hopper. It is convenient to operate and maintain.

2-If a sludge hopper is placed on a flat ground, a scaffold is usually used to raise the sludge hopper. The height and width of the scaffold should be beneficial for the entry and exit of the truck. Sludge from dehydrator is fed into a sludge hopper by a shaftless screw conveyor.
