NJKB center flow band screen is a new type of fine screen as a solid-liquid separation equipment developed by BOEEP to better meet the needs of municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, tap water interception and other industries

Generally, different mechanical screen can achieve different interception efficiency for different sewage treatment processes. NJKB center flow band screen can continuously and efficiently intercept solid debris of various shapes in water, especially flat, strip and fiber type grids which are difficult to intercept by conventional screen. It can greatly reduce the load of subsequent process, improve the working efficiency of subsequent equipment and reduce the maintenance times

Sewage flows into the middle of the equipment and flows out from both sides of the equipment after a single filtration through the filter screen. During this period, solid slag is intercepted in the inside of the filter screen. As the water level rises or time goes on, the slag will be lifted to the upper slag discharging area by intermittent movement of the screen mesh. The slag will be washed into the slag collecting trough inside the equipment by the flushing system, and then it enters the slag pressing device through chute for extrusion and dehydration, and waits for further treatment
